How long we keep information
We process and store your personal information for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Therefore:
- Personal information collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal information collected for dealing with your queries, complaints or claims shall be retained until a complete response is provided.

Third-party services we use
We use the following services which might be involved in processing your personal information:
- RevenueCat to facilitate subscriptions. RevenueCat is a service used to verify App Store receipts, process subscription purchases, restore previous purchases and sync purchase status between devices signed into your Apple ID. RevenueCat provides us with data on when a user first used the MoodMeter and with information about purchased subscriptions. This information is linked to an anonymous App User ID. RevenueCat does not have access to any Personal Information.
- TelemetryDeck to collect anonymised usage data. This helps us understand how our users are using our MoodMeter and how we can improve it. TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information.
Where necessary, we will transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete this information. Parents or guardians can contact us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice. If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
